As with all oil products it has an international price base set in US dollars so currency exchange fluctuation has a bearing on local rates. Rates quoted here is London Interbank for the date shown.

Even without this variable oil is a commodity with great price elasticity. It is subject to local supply factors as well as global market forces and the prices herein are to be taken as guides not absolutes.
Rotterdam spot market leads prices across Europe irrespective of the refining or supply point.
The average rate per tonne (approximately 1087 - 1124 litres depending on Specific Gravity of particular products and the refining process). Volumes are measured at 15o C.
This price is for full barges 200 metric tonnes + capacity.
